Library Journal Review

As the title indicates, this series assumes an audience of absolute beginners but covers a surprising range of technique, music theory, and style in so few pages. There are extensive photos demonstrating stroke and fingerpicking styles, as well as chord fingerings, with full tunes on which to try them out. Suitable for teen and adult beginning musicians.-Genevieve Williams, Pacific Lutheran Univ. Lib., Tacoma, WA (c) Copyright 2010. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
